If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately to arrange for a refund or replacement.

You must contact us within 60 days to let us know if you have received a defective product.
Damaged items:
All products leave our Distribution Facility(s) securely packaged.
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service department immediately to make arrangements. Do not accept a damaged or shorted shipment until the delivery driver has made a “Damage” or “Shortage” notation on the freight bill.
Returns:
In the event that you need to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Department to make arrangements.
A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) is required for all returns.
Returned chemicals cannot be accepted without a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization).
In some instances we may have you dispose of the product rather than return it. We will give you instructions on how to dispose of the product if that is what is to be done.
